Luigi went above and beyond what is expected of an agent. We were purchasing from another state sight-unseen due to the pandemic and Luigi dedicated himself to finding us a home in a very competitive market. We were first time home buyers, which required a lot of hand holding but thanks to Luigi's professionalism we were met with nothing but patience and dedication. He guided us through some speed-bumps we hit along the way and made sure we were fully informed about everything. From start to finish Luigi took care of us like family. I couldn't recommend anyone else as an agent. I know that being a military family we are destined to move again; the sad thing is that when we do Luigi won't be there to help us buy our next home.

I know everyone says their home purchase/sale was unique, but I think trying to do it during the COVID-19 pandemic takes the cake! There were challenges faced that no one has had to face, from limiting of groups to 5 or less, to requiring masks, booties, and hand sanitizer for all showings. It was surreal, frustrating, and downright unlucky. But I can honestly say that there is no agent I would have rather had through this process than Luigi. He not only showed more patience and understanding than I ever would have been able to, but remained positive and encouraging throughout the entire roller coaster. He also took it on himself to get creative with approaches to marketing and open houses/showings in order to keep things rolling. I am confident many other agents would not have done these things, and either pulled back on the marketing, or recommended to back out of selling completely and try again at a different time. I am so grateful he had the tenacity to move forward, because even through all of the obstacles we still managed to sell for full asking price! I think that is nothing short of miraculous. To anyone looking to sell (or buy), pick HUNT, and Luigi with full confidence. You will not be disappointed!
