After a visit to Luum, I feel like a 'million dollars'. My hair feels healthier, looks better and overall, I am rejuvenated. April, Kristin, Rad as well as their stylists are fabulous - and "they know hair". Note: make an appointment early in the day so you can look and feel great ALL DAY! Also go out that night and "treat yourself."

Billy is just lovely. I am always happy to visit. The back of my cut isn’t quite as short as I’d like, so will rebook right away to get it cut again, but I just feel so well taken care of with Billy. Great conversation, incredible talent. Wonderful head massage. I did find it a bit awkward this visit, as Billy’s next guest arrived early. With the seating area for folks who are waiting for their appointment right at the back of the salon, just proximal to Billy’s station, I felt a bit rushed and like I wasn’t able to tell Billy that the cut wasn’t as short as I’d liked, because the next guest was right there waiting.

All staff was very friendly. My stylist listened to everything I wished for and my hair is everything I dreamed it to be, if not even better! She came through! Of course I would recommend luum!! All the stylists are so great, but personally I get Kristen to do my hair, and she always does such a great job 🫶
