The team at Luum is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Whenever I have a question about product, one of the receptionists are able to guide me. My stylist listens to what is going on with my hair and is able to suggest ways to fix things (different cut, colour, etc.), or just change things up slightly so that everything feels completely refreshed.
