Everyone was very nice when we arrived and were taken to the room for Dr Shaw to see us. Dr Shaw took his time and explained my MRI and where the issues were. He suggested surgery to relieve my pain. He gave me time to ask andanswered all my questions.

shuttle from parking garage to wheelchair to office were very helpful as it is difficult for me and my husband to walk that far to the clinic. Staff was very polite and helpful. We saw Heather PA for Dr. Shaw. Appt. for my husband and myself---was very thorough. Was prepared when she walked into the exam room. Very pleasant putting us at ease immediately. Covered all the bases that we felt needed to be covered at the time. sent in requests for XRay, MRIs for my husband, I was to be scheduled for full spine mylogram. Was escorted in wheel chair back to lobby -picked up by shuttle-deliebred to our car. The very next day, I received call from Baptist and got those tests scheduled. Very pleased with visit. .
