Dr. Shaw explored my MRI with us in three dimensions. He asked questions about symptoms and completed a neuro exam. He read what I had done to try to alleviate my symptoms over the years. He was so patient and intent on finding the actual cause of my pain/motor symptoms. Afterwards he acted quickly to schedule surgery. He is very professional and friendly. His Medical Assistant was very helpful.

I liked how everything went so smoothly. After Dr. Shaw said I needed surgery, I went across the hall to see Erica. She helped me to pick a date and gave me a folder with all the information/instructions I needed. After that, she took care of everything else (letting the hospital know, setting the post-surgical visit dates, calling me to advise the time to be at the hospital for surgery, etc.). All I had to do was show up for pre-op instructions, and then the surgery. I hope the practice realizes just how valuable of an employee she is!
