Lyla has bought and sold several of our homes as our realtor. She is absolutely professional and most skilled. She is always one step ahead, keeping her clients informed of contract dates and due dates. She is resourceful and has a wealth of knowledge and several contacts of professionals ( such as painters, cleaners and other) that are necessary during the buying/selling/or renting process. She has access to several databases in the housing market and is fast in keeping her clients informed. She is honest and a very good negotiator for her clients. I strongly recommend Lyla.

I have worked with Lyla multiple times- selling and buying. Regardless of the situation, she is always looking out for her clients. She is very trustworthy and you can completely count on her- especially when buying/selling while residing out of state. When buying, she has an excellent eye and for both potential future problems and unexpected wonderful features. She is quick to get more information when requested and sends HOA information, etc before you even look at the property. She is very realistic regarding the market, placing an offer, and expected appraisals- she protects clients from unrealistic offers even if it would earn her a higher commission. When selling, she gets your home ready for the market with valuable input- all suggestions increased the offers received (per feedback from perspective buyers). She is very communicative with her clients and also other agents, inspectors, title companies, and lenders to ensure a smooth process. I have recommended her to friends and acquaintances and all agree she is excellent! I cannot recommend her enough- she is truly a gem!

Lyla made everything so painless and easy! She has so much experience, has great advice, and is trustworthy making me feel very confident. She is very detail oriented which not only made the process go smoothly but I am convinced those small details made all the difference and brought in multiple strong offers. When we decided to sell our Condo, close friends recommended Lyla as a realtor, which was the best decision. Lyla is a dedicated, kind, patient, and friendly professional with a ton of experience in the Ann Arbor Market. This last aspect helped us a lot since the beginning with her guidance and potential scenarios. She gave excellent recommendations to improve our Condo, and her marketing tools were top-notch. We had multiple offers beyond the asking price with ideal conditions. On top of the transaction, guided us through every step remotely, heard our requests and found ways to reach consensus, worked with the sellers agent to make the sale as smooth as possible in spite of difficult buyers. We felt she devoted her time and attention fully to us when we met and was very prompt with her responses and keeping us in the loop. She communicated with our rental agency to work out the details with them; that really helped save us a lot of time as we are in different time zones. Thank you!
