Lynn Stange was recommended to me by a friend of mine who has worked with her on a number of projects for years. Lynn was one of 3 Agents that I knew of and was considering. Lynn got the job because of her experience, the good experience of my friend and on the advice of yet another person who is familiar with the busness. Lynn Stange came several times to the house in the months leading up to my engaging her as RE Agent. She provided advice without the expecation of a contract. She worked with me as I considered various options to selling. She came accross as measured and thoughtful. She had always done her homework. When my schedule was tight (due to being out of town) she was willing to be flexible. When the time came to work the final deal and then close ... she got the job done with my lawyer. All in all a very successful transaction.
