I like that the activities are modified for age or groups. Also the instructors have great knowledge of their craft, are kind and supportive. The facility is always spotless and best of all the ladies rooms are kept clean all the time.

A family oriented gym. staff, friendly and helpful. They have so many activities for kids group exercises love the swimming pool love how it’s always kept clean. I highly recommend this ymca to anyone who has kids.

I very much like that the personal training staff do quick checks to ensure that as a new member I am doing well, using the equipment properly and don't have any questions. I've also enjoyed the input from other members if I'm having an issue with how some of the equipment works. The facility is clean and kept that way by both staff and the users.

I am a 62 years old woman. I primarily use the treadmill, bikes, rowing machine and free weights. Love the lynn Y, it's always so very clean and the workers are so nice! This has been life changing for me. I retired almost two years ago, joined the Y about a year and a half ago and with the help of the Y machines, I have lost 38 lbs and have kept it off and i'm at my preferred weight. The YMCA is always there for me! Love it!! I think should be the tagline for the LYNN YMCA The YMCA, always there for you! HAHA!
