Massive gym no queuing to use equipment even at 80% of gym capacity I would say.
Super clean, if you are picky and know where to look you ll notice that they undust even the hidden corners. I am a flight deck crew and I can tell you that I ve been to different gyms around the globe, Lynx is top notch.

I like the gym and have been a member since before the pandemic, through the pandemic to now. I loved Billy and the way he managed the gym. Now, it feels corporate. The floor layout is always changing, things break more often and aren’t immediately fixed (the stair climbers, the water filter system, the women’s sauna). And it feels crowded. The whole selling point was a limited number of members. Also - a painting was taken down from the women’s locker room on the way in, the wall is damaged and no one has bothered to even repaint. Seems like there isn’t a lot of quality control going on. Or maybe the staff who are responsible for maintenance aren’t on the floor as much? But I think we can do better.

Providing several classes with outstanding trainers as part of subscription.
No loud music and and people very respectful to regulations
Bathrooms are spotlessly cleaned several time during the day
Clean fresh towels
Very friendly staff and management.

As a hotel guest, it was great to have the amenities of a nice, well-equipped gym available for our use at Lynx. In the interest of traveling light, I didn't pack my own personal back massager for anticipated travel related back pain. So, I gladly took advantage of the massage gun and back massager available. The staff at the front desk were personable and helpful. The women's locker room was well-appointed, and the shower was bigger than the shower in our first hotel room.

I enjoy the different spaces in the gym (free weights, turf, stretching, yoga room, etc.) Though it is a smaller space, the space is maximized incredibly well! I also like how the team is trying to continuously improve the layout and offerings.
One thing I would love to see is a larger women's sauna. Also, although the temperature in the sauna can be set to 150-ish, it never gets hotter than 134. Seems there may be some degraded performance that would be awesome to improve.

I love Lynx! The gym is so clean. Can get busy but never too crowded. The music is fun. Love all the warmup/rehab equipment (bands, foam rollers, etc) and extra cable handles. The lighting is great, locker rooms are clean and stocked, and there's a great balance of lifting vs. cardio equipment.
The staff is the best part! Ariel, Evie, Mel, Mia, Liam, and all the other trainers, managers, front desk staff, and cleaning staff are so friendly and attentive. I seriously cannot express how much I love this gym!
