Good lighting, good vibes, good equipment. Sauna is a huge plus. Not overly crowded. Great private rooms to encourage working out for those that may not want to be in the mix.

I like the people at the reception, and a variety of exercises I can do. This gym is one of the main reasons I stay in Hilton park Plaza.

Equipment was good. Particularly liked the cross trainer which was far more advanced than my own gym back home. Loved the sprint functionality and the 'sweat' score.

Lynx is a perfect boutique club. None of the FAF that comes with memberships at Equinox or Lifetime but all the perks of a gym for those serious about maintaining a wide range personal of strength, conditioning, and wellness goals. I love the authentic, no drama stance of the team and other members. A refreshing change to alternatives where “performative behaviors” of the larger membership can exclude abd demotivate. Highly recommend.
