Equipment is great. Space is clean. Even though it's in the basement, the air quality is good/clean with a great temperature.

Very likely great gym !

It’s was a great gym. Especially since most hotel gyms have minimal equipment. Extra plus was the sauna. Basically like my gym at home so I didn’t miss my morning workouts. I’ll be sure to come back next time I’m in Boston.

The site Was clean, staff was friendly and informative! Every machine you can margine specially for Leg day and endless variations of workout style. Something for everyone 😊 definitely can’t wait to go back.

I usually give a 10 but am noticing a couple things. One is it seems busier. I don’t know if you have lifted the minimum membership level? Also, equipment that was always fixed immediately seems to be lingering. The one broken stair climber, the water dispensers, a locker in the women’s locker room, the clocks that aren’t telling time, and the sauna in the women’s locker room (all the buttons are broken). Wondering what’s changed?

Clean and upscale facility. Plenty of equipment options. Courteous staff. I was surprised by the fantastic air quality/flow considering the gym is in a lower level. Is it possible to add an olympic tricep bar? The sign-in touch screen monitor is tedious for the staff and adds unneeded time for customers to enroll. The web sign-in is also broken and prohibits login, even after staff enabled an email reset. I have been unable to use that so far.

As a hotel guest in Boston, had a great lift that met all my requirements.
