The yoga classes are extremely enjoyable. Also I am an avid swimmer and swim at least one to four times a week. It is a great benefit when the pool is open since is only 3 blocks from my house. When the pool is open I don't have to make a 30 mile roundtrip to swim in another neighborhood.
I mostly just use exercise equipment but there apparently good exercise sessions which are suited for the elderly, so as a senior citizen I appreciate that.
The Yoga class, low impact class our monthly luncheon that Elliot has for us.Our birthday celebration 🎂 🎈 🎉 and our field trips. We have 2 fantastic instructors Tom & Elliot. Our greetings team Sylvia and Andy and all the wonderful staff. I've made many friends.
The variety of programs. Instructor led exercise, exercise machine, all types of health, educational workshops and presentations, field trips, bible study, camaraderie. There is something for everyone.
Classes are developed to match senior members. Low impact classes and yoga are changed not always the same. Various and exciting activities are available to members.
