Pickleball out door. It would be nice to start earlier in the day. I have heard it is because of the neighbors, however the music at the pool starts early in the day, I am surprised that the neighbors aren't concerned about that too. Also, drainage is a problem at the gate. There is pooling of water that needs to be addressed. Kids were playing in it and there were toys left in it. It is not a proper pond and is a health risk, please address. Thanks

I like the bicycle where there a video and a fan. I do wish there was a stop light trying to get out of the parking lot. It's very hard to turn left there.
