I’m 85 years old and I’m going to make a recommendation. Outside in the pool area you need to have some chair, chairs lounge chairs that said a little higher so we all folks can get in and out of them easier.
This is not my home ymca. So I don’t go there often. I do love how you go the extra mile for the kids basketball games - blowup tunnel, music, lights, cowbells. It’s such a fun way to start the games. I missed that activity yesterday. Assuming that just doesn’t happen for the summer session?
Instructors are informative as well as friendly, easy to talk to. They take the time to answer my questions. Classes are challenging as well as fun. I have learned a lot from instructors as well as other participants.
Your deep water and shallow water aerobics classes, 9AM, five days a week, sometimes ten a m on some days also, are very valuable to your senior population. Arthritic joints get exercised through the entire range of motion without any impact when done in deep water. This is very, very beneficial for arthritic joints. Greatly appreciated by many of us. Please continue the number and frequency of deep water aerobics as the value for health reasons is tremendous.
