Because she knows what is needed when selling a house, she arranged for Harper Woods to do an inspection of my house to get a Certificate of Occupancy and paid the cost of the inspection. Not satisfied with the initial inspection, she arranged for another inspection. Three things need to be fixed. She got a person to take care of 2 of them. I arranged for Flame Furnace to do a furnace inspection. I got an appointment for an evening between 4 pm - 8 pm. Instead of me sitting there for 4 hours waiting to get a call that Flame was coming, Loraine called Flame Furnace and arranged for them to call her when they would be coming and she drove over to my house and let them in. I had already moved to my senior living facility. I reimbursed her for the cost. She also advised me on other things to make selling my house go smoothly.
