I really enjoyed learning about Ragbrai and Zwift. Larry (aka Slim) and Zwifter (aka cry baby Max) are getting me ready for our big virtual race. I got my Electra virtual Grandpa bike, my virtual Nazi helmet and my virtual trainer. Can’t wait to get out on my virtual trip.

Very helpful and knowledgeable, without treating you like you know nothing about bikes. I have a custom designed and built gravel bike, and they were able to help me understand gearing ratios so I don't try to keep up with the road warriors!
