I love the fact that early morning and later evening classes are offered - this allows me to get a workout in despite a crazy work schedule. The instructors are also fantastic - they teach in a way that despite skill level you can get the most out of every pose and every class. I appreciate the feedback of knowing exactly what muscle groups should be engaged in each pose, what I should be feeling, how to adjust when I'm not feeling that -- that is something I've never experienced anywhere else and it really has helped me improve my yoga practice. I've taken a handful of classes other places and it always makes me appreciate what I get from M.Power.

more melt classes and Hot Pilates....that Hot Pilates at 12 noon on Saturday only lasted a month and we all loved it!!
30 minute HITT classes that ends in time to take a Melt or M2 or Intro to M2 right after....
I like that I feel very welcome in class, even though I have no idea what I am doing!. I feel supported by the instructor and enjoy the cues and positive encouragement.
If I lived closer I would want to have a membership.
Also very clean!
