I spoke with two different staff members and both were very knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted to purchase a bike rack for my car and was starting my research at the Machine Shop. I am new to the area, drove by the Machine Shop and decided that is where I was going to go first and I am glad I did! I appreciate the help from telling me where I could go to get my rusted-on ball hitch removed to explaining the bike rack options, and then installing the rack I bought. Thank you so much!

I like the whole service set up where you can just bop in for a tune up while on a ride. Which leads to other sales, like my helmet and water bottle purchases!

Service guy helped very quickly and was very nice. He found the part I needed and got it to me promptly. He was in the middle of prepping a bike for sale and still helped. He walked me to the register to make sure it rang up correctly and I was out of there. Very happy with my visit.
