Michael was fabulous. He sized 3 bikes for my family and was nothing but patient and considerate. When he realized a rack wouldn't work he suggested we skip it for now. Let us come back at closing to pick up a bike we couldn't take originally with us. I am moving to Boston and my family is staying here for 2 months before coming, it's been very difficult and these bikes are my going away gift to them so I appreciate his help more than he knew

Great follow through with customer service. I had a problem but my concerns were heard directly by the manager and taken care of with complete satisfaction. Machinery Row doesn't an excellent job with bike tuneups and repairs. They are upfront about costs and the work needed.

The staff was friendly and courteous and very helpful in the repairs on miy bicycle and they did it in a timely manner, I would recommend family or friends to get their bicycle repaired by Machinery Row all the time it the only place I go for repairs
