This is the second time I’ve had to stop in mid ride because something broke, this time my pedal, and I’m back on the road within minutes thanks to the amazing customer service at Machinery Row!

Ruby was so generous with their time and knowledge that it completely demystified the process of getting a bike equipped for daily commuting. I'll be back, and have already told many people to come in and see you all.
I walked in with questions about handlebar adjustments for a better fit and walked out with a new stem installed less than 30 minutes later! It has made a big difference too! The guy I talked to does the custom fittings and also told me how to make seat adjustments. Very informative and not pushy. He said to try these things first and then could come back for a custom fitting or new seat if I still wanted help.

I came in with a flat front tire and was serviced right away. My repair guy improved my bike performance by fixing the flat but also changing out the bent “stems” on each tire for better tire inflation and preventing air leakage. He also noticed that one of my pedals was coming apart and I chose to replace them right away. He showed me a good and inexpensive brand that would work for me. I’m a very satisfied customer and expect to be back for future needs including a bike upgrade.
We had a bike sent there after we ordered it from Trek. It was for my daughter, who started college there last week. Machinery Row kept the bike for us for a couple months, helped us find and pick out the proper accessories, installed them, and and adjusted the seat. We ran a little past closing time and staff was very kind and professional. Great experience.
