Great quality bikes. Great service.

I appreciated the technician walking me through the condition of my bike and varying levels of service options. They discussed pricing and urgency honestly. I am very happy with the mechanical fixes they were able to make and the timeliness was excellent!

needed new tires...got them put on quickly

Helpful. Fast. Easy. In and out

Professional, helpful, skilled, friendly.

Service staff will always look at your bike and often if its easy will fix it on the spot. If harder, theynwill give you options and an estimate.

Friendly staff and helped direct me to what I needed!

Everything. Friendly, knowledgeable staff / great products

Great customer service from all 3 staff I engaged with! Doing a quick tune-up while I waited was a welcomed surprise. Costs were all reasonable. Can't ask for much more than that.

Great service from smart and experienced mechanics when i need it! I bring them lots of fun problems to solve with my hard-ridden retro equipment. ; )

Professional, courteous, timely.

Huge selection and knowledgeable / resourceful staff. Service department is busy and capable, though the quoted wait times are a bit of a surprise.

The ' no judgement' attitude. Don't need to be a Tour de France rider to get good - thoughtful service.

Good service from Michael and Derek as always

Through service. Explained things so we could understand. Friendly service.

I really love Machinery Row. Every time I come in for service or bike gear, everyone is really helpful. I was in for service recently and everything about the process was smooth. When I picked up my bike, the lovely woman running the register brought out my bike and walked through the repair. Just great service overall.

Walk-in. I had switched out a cleat for a bike shoe. The cleat wouldn't clip onto the pedal - I tried everything and have put a new cleat on that shoe many times. Well, it was a Delta cleat and I had Shimano pedals (the old Delta did fit - go figure, but sometimes was fussy when I wanted to clip in). The mechanic at the desk knew immediately what the problem was: "your Delta cleat is not compatible with your Shimano pedal." THANK YOU.

Employees were courteous and knowledgeable on what I was looking for and got it for me immediately.

Good selection of quality products.

Appreciate the professional and kind folks working in the store!
