This is the second bike I purchased from Macomb Bike. The first bike was a manual Trek brand bike and the second is an electric Aventon bike. I was happy with both brands. The customer service at Macomb Bike is excellent. The staff explained all the features of my electric bike before and after my purchase.

Jeff was great at explaining the products to us as first time e-bike purchasers. we were able to buy our bikes on layaway and they were ready for pickup before we were ready to pay them off. When I picked them up he explained everything to me again. I highly recommend them!
