We had a general idea of what we were looking for, but weren’t entirely sure what we needed. Jim took the time to explain the differences between models, gave us many advantages / disadvantages of each, and then had us try out several. He really went above and beyond to help us find the right bikes. He answered about a hundred questions, and seemed really enthusiastic to share his knowledge of cycling. By the end of our visit, we knew what sort of maintenance we should expect to do, and where to ride locally. I’d recommend Macomb Bike to anyone. We’ll definitely be back for some accessories for our new bikes!

It's a very friendly place to do business with. They take an interest in your problem and follow through with a fix, even getting the factory to replace a part on my bike I had over three years. It's very clean and well stocked if you need a part or accessory. The only place for me to go for anything about my bike, Jim is great!
