I had a tune-up on my bike, which it needed. The employee walked me through the inspection, and we talked about what was needed and what could wait. It was done fast, works great, and looks good! I definitely recommend Macomb Bike!

They answer all my questions and I am very confident of this company and I love my e-bike and I am protected because I can get maintenance or service done on my e-bike at Macomb bike which I'm coming back quite possibly and buy another one next year I want two e-bikes

Looked on consumer's reports for highly rated bike helmets but couldn't find my size and color locally. Was able to buy on line and had it shipped to the store so no shipping charge. Easy. Great service.

There is a limited inventory, but the selection from that was good. Prices were comparable to other places, but what really sold me was the customer service. I spoke with Jim and he really went above and beyond to make sure I was looking for the right kind of bike, and made sure I found a good fit. Can't wait to take it for longer rides once it warms up.

Online order when a smooth as possible, and when I picked up the tires and seat, a man seen that I was standing by the counter and immediately helped me and got me on my way. Couldn’t ask for more.
