We love our new bikes! When we went to pick out the bikes Jim (I really hope I’m remembering his name correctly) was extremely helpful. He gave us a ton of information without being overwhelming, he let us come to our own decisions without inserting his opinion, and was very patient with us. Absolutely no pressure to make the sale which I really appreciate. When we picked up our bikes a few days later, Mike (again I really hope I’m remembering his name correctly) gave us a tutorial of all the functions of our bikes, proper storage of the batteries, and a step by step walk through of installing the bike rack we purchased as well. 10 out of 10 would and have already recommended friends to do their bike shopping here!
