I went to Macomb Bike (I purchased it there) about my bike that was making a grinding noise on Monday afternoon. I explained my problem and asked if they could get my bike in, and get it back the same day? I know it was a big ask because they're busy with other customers that needed repairs and to make other purchases. They checked their inventory and verified they had the bottom bracket and pulled the part. I dropped my bike Wednesday morning and picked it up that afternoon. They've always worked with me to get my bike fixed as quick as possible. And are available to answer my many questions about bikes, equipment and accessories. I've purchased 3 bikes and a lot of accessories from them. I've been going there for over 10 years and they will continue to be my go to bike store. Even if I can get it cheaper online. You can't beat their dedication to customer service and compassion to their job. They're well worth the visit.

Thank you very much for the fine service you recently provided in upgrading my 1993 Trek with new fenders. The fenders are of very fine quality. I am always pleased that Macomb Bike does so well in meeting my service and equipment needs. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional and most friendly. I know most all of the techs by name and they know me by name, too. They provide a monthly meet of Bagels and Bikes; whereas, the technicians give tutorials on the service and care for bikes. Best of all, they sponsor a bike rides through Downtown Detroit and a night ride around Warren in early November. After the the November ride, Macomb Bikes hosts a pizza party at their store. I have attended two of the November Bike meets and had a wonderful time. It was a great opportunity to meet other bike enthusiasts. Macomb Bikes is the only business I patronize for my bicycle needs. - David Michael Klemmer

I like the variety of different bikes (ex: mountain bikes, bikes for riding around the neighborhood, etc.) that are available to suit anyone’s needs/riding preferences. I also like the equipment (ex: bike pumps, helmets, bike seats, etc.) that’s sold in the store which is necessary for bike riding safety and comfort.
