Jim was fantastic and not pushy. He is so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about the bike! I drive almost 1 hour to get there but totally worth it!

We bought two of the Aventon Level 4. Al worked with us for a few hours giving us information and choices. I went in with my mind of buying the pace 5. But explain to Al about why last year I didn’t buy the pace 4. So he told us to ride the level 4 then the pace. Hands down we fell in love with the level 4. Upon pick up Jim was kind enough to go over thing we needed to know about the new bikes and answered all my questions. He helped load them into the truck. The service at this bike shop is top notch.
