The Macomb Bike staff are extremely knowledgeable and patient. They went out of their way to make sure we were making the best decision on new e-bikes that would fit our needs and biking goals. They have a large selection of high quality options to compare and contrast, brands and models. Jim setting us up with two different models to test ride resulted in us making a different decision than what we walked in thinking we were buying. Definitely a better choice. Highly recommend Macomb Bike.

I love the family vibe and exceptional customer service! Alex at Macomb Bike got me all set up with my own bike and accessories initially 10 years ago and since then my family has grown. This week, Alex helped my 6-year-old grandson get set up with his new bike, set me up with a Burley for my 2 toddler granddaughters, and also some fun accessories for my 3-year-old granddaughter's bike. Everyone at Macomb Bike is awesome, highly knowledgeable, and it's always a fun experience to visit the shop. My little Gs had a blast!

Your store is clean, organized and has a great curb appeal to it. The guys in there are awesome! They were extremely patient with us as my 12 year old son was making his decision on a bike. They helped give us many options, showed us pictures on a large computer screen (located in the store) for bike options and make shopping for a big item less stressful! We will continue to go back there 💯! As a teacher I have already been spreading he word and will share the greatness of this store. Thanks for being friendly, kind and doing great business for the community! Keep up the great work! We will see you in the future!
