I really appreciated Jim, the Macomb Bike shop owner. He’s old school customer service. Night and day compared to other stores. His time estimate for repairs was right on. And he kept me updated thru out. Jim asked for my ok for everything he did. With pictures! This bike shop is the best you can find for sales and service. I wholeheartedly recommend it. The staff is patient and spends lots of time ensuring your satisfaction. A 5 star business, for sure.

Jim was extremely helpful and friendly. He took care of all of our needs for our bikes. He is also very knowlegable about the products sold in the store. He explained all the ins and outs of the electric bikes in great detail. We will certainly be back when were ready for the electric bikes. We have told many people about Macomb Bike Shop.
