Mad Dog Cycles has fantastic customer service! Always answering my questions with their knowledgeable staff . Their orders have a quick turnaround timeframe what is not expected. This was my 4th order from them and I’ll be ordering more in the future!

Awesome bike shop. My girlfriend bought her Salsa Vaya there and has been very happy with it. I’ve had their service department install a new drop bar and bar tape on my last bike and they did an awesome job. Recently had them put a new crankset, bottom bracket, and double wrap my bar tape on my gravel bike and have very happy with their work. Never pressured to buy anything, nice store with a good selection of accessories and decent brands.
