This is my first time ever doing any sort of workout class. It has been such a revelation. You show up, work HARD, and are done in 40 minutes. The instructors are excellent and the classes are full of energy. Fully recommend.
Great workout and community that emphasizes proper form and function. Additionally the accommodations to modify workouts due to certain restraints and injuries one is getting over is top notch!
The staff was really friendly and welcoming. They even had free candy as a pre-workout snack! loved it!
It was a challenging workout and the trainer was very encouraging as well.
I found my new workout when I’m in the DC area . The manager and the trainers were great. They made me feel welcome before the workout even started. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you, team MADabolic, Arlington!
I love how MAD incorporates athletic movements through functional fitness within a structured and easy-to-follow workout environment. It provides me with both strength-building & cardio-enhancing forms of exercise to help me feel well-rounded as a healthy adult!
The welcoming environment, the friendliness of the trainers, the focus on form, the professionalism of the trainers as well as the way they deliver feedback during class, the cleanliness of the studio, and the availability of classes.
I really appreciate the amount of class times, the variety/flexibility of workouts, and coach professionalism and willingness to do modifications to the workout. I was a “casual crossfitter” (I.e. no competitions or opens or anything) previously, and MAD is much more geared towards steady progression and longevity rather than getting a PR every workout. The front desk/management of my location are also extremely flexible with unforeseen life events (medical holds, etc.). I wish there were more MADabolic locations nationally as this is the first time I’d seen or heard of the chain. My only suggestions are to somehow incorporate “long” runs and pull-up progressions into the programming. Thanks!
