All the instructors are were amazing! They showed us correct technique and are very patient and knowledgeable. The classes are always unique and challenging and a lot of fun! We looked forward to our workouts each week and are really missing them since we’ve came back home. Unfortunately there is no class like that here.
The coaches, the programming, the music, and the community are all top tier. I love these workouts. They make me feel great and it is a program I could do forever.
I love MAD so much! I have made a big evolution in my strength in only 6 months and look forward to the next 6! The coaches have also been so welcoming and helpful.
I like that Madabolic is a catered experience that works in cardio, weights and boxing. I’ve gotten stronger over the last year than I ever have been, the cardio is building up my stamina and the striking is something i really can’t get anywhere else. I’m an ER nurse and the emotions, anger and aggression that gets directed at me at work I find that I can reroute and put into striking, which I can’t do it any other gym. I really like the inclusive atmosphere and that there is no judgment for ability level and that it doesn’t matter if you’re having a slow day or a really tough week, as long as you’re there doing the workout everyone’s happy.
Completely different than anything I’ve ever done yet all the same exercises I’m used to doing. If that makes sense. The style of the workout (though it changes) is right up my alley
The timely pace of the classes and clear objectives. Feedback and instruction. The ability to grow at your own pace and choose your own level. Motivational music and targeted highj intensity workouts based on building good forming.
This may not be what works for everyone but I like the central premise: just show up, blindly follow instructions and come out 45 min. later all exercised - no dilly dally and between machines like in a regular gym.
I like the customization and the attention from the coaches. I actually really like the actual space as well. I like the layout of the work outs and that they change, and you can plan ahead of time what you want for the week. Everyone has been super welcoming.
