All trainers are extremly helpful and go around and correct positions!
There is always in alternative if weights are too heavy, excercise to difficult, .. that the trainers can show you.
Sara (I believe that was the instructor’s name) gave me a thorough introduction and was incredibly kind. She also gave me some tips to correct my form during the exercise which helped to target the right muscle group and take pressure off my low back. I immediately signed up for another class after my first session!
At MADabolic Atlanta, I get a quality workout with super helpful trainers, all in an hour’s time. I love the music, the changing of the workouts, and the intensity.
I enjoyed it. The coach gave clear direction and came by during the session to correct/encourage me and the other attendees throughout the workout. I'd recommend the class to anyone looking to start their workout journey or looking for something that will challenge them.
