I LOVE MAD. The classes are so great and the trainers are so helpful, fun, and kind. This is my favorite gym! My only tiny suggestion would be to add a better water system. It’s difficult to fill water bottles from fountains and the water has a weird taste to it.
I've trained in conventional gyms for 25 years. I joined MAD in October of 2024. 7 months later, I feel healthier and more capable than I've ever felt. This training is what I've been missing.
All of the coaches are great! I appreciate their willingness to provide guidance with form correction in order to workout safely and get the best results!
Trainers are excellent and workout times are convenient. If I go 3+ times per week, it's a diverse enough workout to be everything I need to stay in great shape. I recommend MAD to friends all the time.
Great program. Helps me move better. The community of coaches and members are awesome. Always positive and encouraging, motivating to be working out with folks at different levels of fitness but with shared goal to get better.
