Coach Kasey was great! Very attentive and welcoming. Asked questions to fit me into the routine and come up with alternatives or modifications based around my limitations. Was very encouraging and gave great suggestions to improve form and get the most benefit from the exercises while reducing the chance of injury. The class was very well structured and everything was very clean!

The workouts are challenging but structured in a way that keeps you motivated and improving. The coaches are super knowledgeable, always making sure you have the right form and pushing you to do your best. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the community is great, everyone is supportive and encouraging.
The staff is all so incredibly attentive to each member’s needs! They remember things I tell them especially about injury and help make accommodations or whatnot! They are fun and easy to talk to. I play roller derby and have never felt stronger! My teammates noticed within a month! I am mad about MAD!
All the trainers rock! Leilanni, Kasey, Ryan, Mel, and Ilse are super cool and very knowledgeable, my form has vastly improved with their coaching. The workout program itself is also fantastic and a lot of fun.
The workouts are great in so many ways. I love that its all preset and I don't have to think about what im going to do at the gym today. The exercises are a great blend of dynamic movement and strength training that felt more functional than just lifting weights. I had never done any sort of boxing before and that was super fun to learn.
The trainers provide great feedback on form and technique. They also have great music taste.
The community was the cherry on top. Once I started to make friends, it really enhanced my experience at classes.
