I thought everything was well run and that Seth was super friendly. He made sure I was doing the moves with proper form and made my first experience with the workout something I’d like to try again!
Awesome ! Great workout ! Felt the BURN the next day which just fuels the inner athlete! Seth was great with monitoring everyone on executing the exercise properly. And the music was a vibe !! Great experience 10 out of 10 would recommend and do again!

As a personal trainer, I always find it challenging to find gyms that challenge me and live up to my expectations. Madabolic does not disappoint! I’ve been going to Madabolic for a few months now and I have to say I love it! It’s can be very challenging. It takes me out of my comfort zone, which is what I want. Every class is different so you never know what exercises you’re going to do, which I love. All the trainers are very experienced, professional , nice and have great energy. They are also very helpful and are happy to guide you in helping you correct your form and technique or even give you modifications when needed. I highly recommend giving Madabolic a shot!
Beyond being a great workout, MADabolic is a great community. The people who go are supportive and friendly, and each class becomes it's own place to see familiar faces on the same journey as you. The trainers are also excellent, and are always there to correct movements so you get the most out of your time. Best of all, it's intense but fast. All in, you're really doing 30 - 35 minutes of work after a warm up, and getting a pretty full body workout.
