It’s like having a personal trainer but you are also working out with others! Love the sense of community! Workouts are always different. Coaches help you and challenge you!
It was a wonderful full body workout for me since I only play pickleball all the time and my body gets only one-sided cardio workout. It was very nice to work with weights on D day to get my body stronger. My daughter Michelle invited me in, and I am glad she did! The trainer Matt was very welcoming, knowledgeable and kind, his supervision was perfect!
