Quick, efficient workouts with great staff and good company. I liked the set up of “durability” and felt like a got an effective workout in! You can choose your level of intensity and I like that a lot.
Kaylee did a great job from start to finish. I saw there was a first timer in class. I thought she did a great job of making them feel welcomed and explaining what MAD is to her. The warmup was perfect and primed us all for the workout. The workout speaks for itself. 10/10
I love the programming, the mix of full body strength as well as cardio. And all the coaches are amazing. It's also challenging enough to keep you hooked. It never gets easy or boring.
This gym is truly top notch! The workouts are fun, difficult, energetic, challenging, result oriented, and incredibly effective. The coaches teach, train, observe, offer terrific feedback, motivate, and inspire! The classes are fun, and other members help encourage and push you to be your best and give your best each workout. Trish and Lauren really run a great operation. The gym is always clean. Well stocked with any supplies you may need. Great atmosphere. The focus is on being great daily, holding yourself accountable, and cheering on your fellow members. No intimidation factor here at all. I use the gym as cross training for my endurance efforts and ambitions. I am so happy the Mad exists and that I found it! Try a class for free- you won’t regret it!
MADabolic provides an excellent workout with great instruction that consistently pushes me. The classes are efficient and fun and I always leave feeling well worked! The trainers are all super nice and supportive and will work with you to make sure your form is correct to prevent injury or help modify workouts if you’re already dealing with an injury. It’s a safe space to get a killer workout!
