Totally professional from start to finish! From the beginning of the process of selling the home through the closing, I felt like I was Ms. Oberoi's ONLY client. She answered my questions (and I had many!), shared helpful information, I never felt rushed to make a decision, and she stayed in contact with me. Ms. Oberoi's understanding of the housing market and clear communication/explanation of the various documents truly erased my initial concerns. She ensured my needs and interests were always addressed.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH MADHU
As first time owners it's not always easy to understand everything that goes around buying a house. We met Madhu when requesting for an open house appointment through Realtor, so we didn't have any references or knew what to expect. Madhu immediately showed her kind personality and willingness to help. We were house hunting on a specific budget so we saw many different kinds of homes in different locations. Madhu helped us narrow our search and eventually put us in contact with the owner of our new home. Once in the purchasing process, she also helped us negotiate many and got us exactly what we desired. Overall it was a great experience in which we learned a lot and Madhu played a key role in us finding the right home at the right price. She's a fantastic realtor and even more a fantastic person, we wish her more success in her career and recommend her highly to anyone looking to purchase their first home.
