Our driver noticed that our neighbor’s little colt had fallen down. He made the extra effort to knock on our door and let us know. He also stopped when I was out by the paddock to make sure the colt was ok! Luckily everything was all good!

Several years ago I would not have given such a good rating. The transition from MAC propane was not smooth the first few years. MAC had us on a 5 week refill route. It took me some time to get used to the auto monitoring and filling. This past year had been much better. You now come more often. We have frequent power outages and depend on our generator especially in the winter. We don’t want our tank less than 50% full. Last week we had our driveway top sealed and ribboned off. The driver pulled the hose all the way out and couldn’t reach the tank from the road. He was 10 feet short of reaching the tank. Yesterday you came back so I could take advantage of the summer sale before it ended. I really appreciated that.

Years ago we were having a great snow season and I plow snow. I knew I was getting low on my tank but I was working like crazy and kept putting off checking the tank, when I did it was at zero. I called Madison River Propane and told them it was my fault and my situation but I have base board heaters also that could keep the house from freezing. They had my tank filled within 2 hours. Would not go with any other company. All their drivers are super nice people.
