I just enrolled in Autopay. It was easy enough for my 9 year old great grandson to sign me up. LOL Because I have several tanks it is an easy way to never miss a payment. They take it out automatically and I have the sense of peace not worrying about my propane deliveries. The staff is always so friendly and helpful it is a pleasure to work with them. Best propane company we have ever had in the 27 years we lived here.

The only request I have is when you say the automatic payment is a month away, please don't pay a month early, that happened with my rent for the tank, so for my fill that just occurred don't send the payment until the due date. So my checking account does not go negative, thanks

Staff and technicians are well trained and responsive to my questions I recently had a gas leak at a regulator. The delivery person quickly found the leak and safely corrected the problem using standard Madison River protocols. I am very happy with my service!
