The only request I have is when you say the automatic payment is a month away, please don't pay a month early, that happened with my rent for the tank, so for my fill that just occurred don't send the payment until the due date. So my checking account does not go negative, thanks

I recently had a gas leak at a regulator. The delivery person quickly found the leak and safely corrected the problem using standard Madison River protocols.

Good prices and prompt service. They also truly seem to care. When I had an issue, the local manager personally reached out to me to remedy the situation, without me asking anyone to do so.
Our delivery driver Jeff Cartwright went above and beyond to ensure the leak we had was fixed, our tank was filled, and our appliances were relit safely. He explained everything in detail and was very helpful.
The delivery people are friendly. So are the customer service staff. They really take care if us. I like the new remote gas meter. That will be SO handy come Winter
