Bud the delivery driver is always friendly and careful. Great guy. I hope now that with new management in the Townsend office that I will get a return call to install a propane heater before fall. I made 4 calls last winter to have a tech call me back and arrange an install, and got no return call. 4 calls. Prices and delivery services are excellent. Installation and response to a customer’s needs are poor at best. Let's hope for improvement soon.
