Very good experience. The appointment went very smoothly. Suggestions are get the salon out of the basement and put it where people can see it. Open the full salon again in a new location people dont even know it's there. The 2nd floor at McKinley would be great.

I visited the salon for a wig consultation and it was absolutely phenomenal. They were so knowledgable and truly helped me understand the different types of wigs, wig care, and the best ways to wear and style them. I can’t stop talking about what a nice time I had during my appointment.

My experience with Magnotlia's salon was very good. LaToya Mitchell was patient, she took time to answer questions which was helpful since it was my 1st wig purchase. I also met I believe her name is Jacqueline yesterday and she also was very sweet. I haven't worn my wig yet.....however, when leaving LaToya said to call her with any questions. I truly appreciate her kindness!

LaToya was so welcoming and knowledgeable. She gently guided me but allowed me to come to my own conclusions about what would and would not work best. She also brought the levity I really needed after a long day of appointments and an overload of information. We had a good laugh. Can't say enough good things about her and the entire experience. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. One major issue. Why are they in the basement?? Moffit is a number one cancer facility. We had to go to the ground floor walk past maintenance and cafeteria kitchen. This salon helps ALOT of patients, they need more room to show all inventory and be located in a more desirable location within Moffit. This was our first time at Moffit but the salon location could seriously use an upgrade. We received excellent service and information and purchased a wig but first impressions ( location) was not very inviting. I hope you will consider a new location within Moffit more. Apealing. Thank you
