Your employees are always friendly and helpful. It's obvious they love animals, and are familiar with the products you sell. What they can't do is produce inventory when it's not there. It's happened too often that you don't have my cat's preferred food. I sometimes buy a different flavor, only to have to return it. And sometimes I order from Amazon.
