Excellent service from all the staff. Listened carefully to every detail of what I was looking for in a e-bike. The staff didn’t try to pressure me into buying a bike they let me browse and allowed me to test ride 3-4 different bikes. Ultimately went with the first recommendation from the staff.

The team at Main Street Cycles is absolutely amazing! I am so impressed with Main Street Cycles in all ways; the team of Scott, Bob, Ed, and Carlo is knowledgeable and friendly. They have created a great culture of customer service. Special thanks to Bob for figuring out a Di2 shifting issue that was causing me lots of frustration. When I went into the Service Department, Bob immediately went into action to evaluate the issue and find the root cause (a defective cable to the levers), which I never could have found. While I was there, I saw how open and friendly they were to other customers looking at new bikes, buying parts, and seeking advice about solving a mechanical question. I cannot say enough good things about Main Street Cycles.

My family and I have been coming here for the past 14 years, and there's a reason we keep coming back. Scott and the entire staff have always treated us with respect and have taken great care of us every time we've walked through the door. We've bought several bikes from them over the years, starting with my first bike, a Trek Cobia 29er back in 2012, and just yesterday I bought my first road bike. Every experience has been a good one. Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants to help you find the right bike instead of just making a sale.
