I bought two new mountain bike tires (for my wife's bike), the pricing was lower than I could buy them online. The customer service from the young buys was excellent. They dropped everything they were doing to help me choose the right tires and helped me with questions about (me) replacing the tires. I'll be going into the shop again soon to buy some additional tires for my bike.

Excellent service from all the staff. Listened carefully to every detail of what I was looking for in a e-bike. The staff didn’t try to pressure me into buying a bike they let me browse and allowed me to test ride 3-4 different bikes. Ultimately went with the first recommendation from the staff.

The team at Main Street Cycles is absolutely amazing! I am so impressed with Main Street Cycles in all ways; the team of Scott, Bob, Ed, and Carlo is knowledgeable and friendly. They have created a great culture of customer service. Special thanks to Bob for figuring out a Di2 shifting issue that was causing me lots of frustration. When I went into the Service Department, Bob immediately went into action to evaluate the issue and find the root cause (a defective cable to the levers), which I never could have found. While I was there, I saw how open and friendly they were to other customers looking at new bikes, buying parts, and seeking advice about solving a mechanical question. I cannot say enough good things about Main Street Cycles.
