Staff was very knowledgeable, definitely a prestigious company, within their field. Made us feel welcomed upon entry, gave us time to look for ourselves, and ask questions when we were ready for help. We didn’t feel pressured on making a decision, but we did feel very enthusiastic about our purchase after talking with Johnny. Great environment overall, quality products for all price ranges, and a gentle reassurance throughout the whole process that we were making the right choice going to Main Street Cycles.

I bought my Trek Marlin 7 about three weeks ago. The communication and status on the bike after ordering was far from promised. The staff when I picked up the bike was cold and not very welcoming or helpful getting the bike out the door. My rear brake handle now goes almost all the way to the handle bars. I have missing pieces off the bike (cap that covers the shrader valve on the front fork is missing, cap on end of pedal is missing) and I found multiple lose screws/bolts on the bike when I got it home.
