Carlo was great. He’s done a good job for the past couple of times I’ve brought my bike in for repair or with questions. I’m confident leaving my bike with him. He’s also very clear about what they can’t do. Also, I just had my bike cleaned and chain lubed, and it looks great. I think the price was extremely reasonable.

I brought my bike (2026 Yeti ASR) in for some new brake rotors and pads, and the tech had just enough time to squeeze me in and got the job done in 30 minutes while I sat on their nice patio and waited. One thing I want to point out is that they have a brake bedding machine, so you're not spending your own time bedding the new brakes, which can be a little bit of a hassle and take up precious riding time. I took my bike for a ride afterwards and everything worked great, a very nice upgrade over the factory spec'd parts. Thanks guys for always delivering great service and keeping great parts in stock for last minute jobs like this!
