I'm not currently knowledgeable enough to compare the selection of products to other regional cycle stores, nor to rate services that I've only barely experienced. But I will say that everything I've looked for or needed has been readily available. But what really makes my perception of this place outstanding is the atmosphere, attitude and community feeling present at this location on every visit. Everyone has been welcoming, friendly and helpful on every occasion, and more than just putting up a front for customer service appearance, unless they are all just really, really good thespians as well, lol.

Purchased a Bmx bike for my son's 8th birthday that he's going to love from here. They have amazing customer service as well as a selection of different kinds of bikes to fit anybodys liking or needs. I have been getting bike repairs from them since a kid. They are really good people ! 5 Star in my book.

I'd like to see more relevant products in stock. GP5000 TR S 700x30 and some better choices for glueless patch kits like Birzman or even Lezyne. Ed was very helpful today and even got me tempted to buy a new bike by showing me his new Domane!

It was great to come in with my bicycle for repair and be greeted warmly and enthusiastically about how I’m using it regularly and faithfully. The upbeat nature of the atmosphere in the shop makes it easy to come in and get the service I need when it’s necessary.
