They have high quality products. You're guaranteed to find what you're looking for there. Or at least something similar. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. After you buy a bike they offer a six month "break in" service plan. Which is very convenient if you feel uncomfortable or you think your bike needs to be serviced they'll take care of it for free. As long as you're not damaging it intentionally that is. Over all they're a great bike shop with great products and great service. You'll absolutely leave happy.

It was a pleasure dealing with Adam. He is friendly and knowledgeable about e-bikes. We received expert advice on the fit and features of different models in the Aventon lineup. The delivery and explanations on using the bikes were clear and concise. The staff expertly assembled the bikes and assured us that we could bring them in for tune-ups and other issues should they arise. We appreciate that we can access post-sale support for maintenance and repairs. It makes a lot of sense to buy from Main Street Cycles instead of online for the professional assembly and friendly staff vibes. The best reason is to support businesses in the community. Thank you. Honestly I feel rushed a lot of times and not able to openly shop for whatever. I’ve came 4 times with the idea of wanting to look around and maybe purchase some small items. Seems like in need to come with a direct purpose. I think one guy was the owner. Products, shop, and overall service is great
