Staff was attentive and ready to help diagnose my service issue. Once I authorized the work, the shop continued to stay in touch and delivered the bike within the time period quoted (which was quite a quick turnaround). Prices were reasonable and the work top notch.

I like the layout of the store, and that everything is super organized. Devin did a good job selling me a comfort bike and two days later Adam switched out the pedals for me and got me ready to ride. Love any store, especially when it's built and operated with love for the machine and the riders who love them.

There are many bikes to choose from. I let hm know what I was looking for and he listened. Set up a bike for me to test, made some adjustments. Lved the bike and brought it home.

I recently took my old mountain bike down off the wall after out of service for 25 years, oiled, and cleaned it up. But, it still needed work. I really did not feel like working on my bicycle anymore! I called Main street Cycles, spoke with Aidan, he was a big help, next day I called again spoke with Devin, again was great help, later in the day I called again spoke with Adam. All thee suggested I bring my bike in so they could take a look and give me an estimate. I took it in that afternoon, and the cost to repair just a few bucks less than a new bike. I could have fixed it myself but chose not to. My old mountain bike was given to me, and too big for me to begin with. I did ride it in my younger years, But this time I was a lot older, and did not feel comfortable or safe on this bike. Adam showed me a couple of new bikes, I rode them, and decided on the Electra Townie a cruiser style bike. I feel safe and comfortable on this bike, It's a great bike, fun to ride. These boys are knowledgeable and great to work with. If you are retired, or just getting started young or old. I would highly recommend Main Street Cycles Chuck Williams

Everyone is helpful, but in particular, Adam has been a great resource when I have questions. Aidan was very helpful, also. And Scott is always so full of information! The guys in the service department seem top notch, as well! When Adam helped me to update my mountain bike a couple of years ago (new 1x groupset, new wheels and tires, full service), during the pandemic, the service guys did a fantastic job putting it back together! And just recently, when trying to decide if I should upgrade my old road bike, or simply update to a newer bike, the guys probably saved me money (for now), on a newer, more modern used bike they had in the shop. Now I can keep my vintage bike as is, and I have a newer carbon frame w/11-sp Ultegra to play with. I think it will be some time before I'm even close to maxing out this bike.

Scott was very attentive to my issues. I’ve had a professional bike fit before but the lack of care resulted in an ongoing, nagging, almost debilitating knee problem. I wish I had received a second opinion sooner. Thank you for your help, my next century will be a breeze.
