Scott was attentive to my riding history and current needs. His recommendation for the Aventon Level 3 was perfect! He already had one in my size and color choice on order. Within a week, the bike arrived, assembled, charged, and ready for me. His team assured the fit was right and provided a tutorial as this is my first e-bike. After a trip around the block, I knew I had a terrific bike. A big thanks to Scott and his team for an amazing bike bying experience! I highly recommend Main Street Cycles!

Whenever service is needed for my ebike, the employees are always there to help get my bike picked up and fixed in a timely manner. They are also so personable and friendly!

I recently visited MSC to get new tires for my road bike. Joe, the service technician, was working on another bike but quickly finished up so the wait time was about 5 minutes. When it was my turn, I asked if he could put new tires on my bike. He inspected my tires and said they were in pretty good shape, could get a few more miles out of them. I explained these were the original tires when I purchased the bike and wanted a new set. Joe did not try to upsell or pressure me into getting new tires. He recommended the least expensive tires but I went with the $100 tires instead. Same day service too! Thanks Main Street Cycles.
