I had a flat tire on my Aventon Abound ebike Monday night... Worse yet, it was the back tire... i had a very important meeting the next morning and only my ebike as my transportation... Carlo took my ebike first thing, changed it out and had me on the road with plenty of time to spare. Extremely fast and competent service. He also noticed my brakes were on the verge of failing, so replaced the pads as well. Great store... amazing service. You definitely get what you pay for here, and more. Thank you guys!

Carlo was great. He’s done a good job for the past couple of times I’ve brought my bike in for repair or with questions. I’m confident leaving my bike with him. He’s also very clear about what they can’t do. Also, I just had my bike cleaned and chain lubed, and it looks great. I think the price was extremely reasonable.

Yeah, just about everything that I need when I go in there, not the largest selection, which is understandable, but if I need something, I know I can get it there. And your staff is generally very knowledgeable, easier to talk to as well, which is great. Plus, you guys have really good hours.
