I really like the shop’s willingness to get the rider whatever it is he needs and make you feel comfortable in the process. Whether it is getting you quality bikes and parts or the lightning-fast service to get you back on the road or trails soonest, just know that Main Street will take good care of you. This is a very friendly shop and the service department is top notch. Sure, they may be the only game in town but you wouldn’t want to go anywhere else on the Central Coast.

Don't come across as "snobbish" and that regular bicyclist are less than - at least that is how I felt the first two times I came in. The last time I came in it was a much better experience and the person nI worked with was persoable.

Everything about the process was made easy by the staff. Had to get my ebike fixed. Brought it in, they ordered the part and installed plus a tune up! Loved the text and email notifications.
