I've put over 8k miles on my bike. Brought it in for a clicking issue when I pedal...they were able to troubleshoot and fix that issue. I ended up having some more issues repaired and/or replaced based on their recommendation. It now rides, shifts and stops like a new bike! Reasonable price for the service I received.

I think if we bring in an Ebike for a complete tune up, it should be charged up too. When I got the bike home, I found I had to charge it before riding. Also it is helpful to know what they found when I had my flat. I have no idea why the tire went flat when I had previously purchased the tube tannus tube liner

What a great store! Everyone is so helpful. They have a great selection of bicycles to choose from no mater what kind of biking you like. Check them out! I say this all the time but we need to support our local businesses. If we want a place that will be there to service the products that we buy and if we want a business to come out and support our local community activities and if we want a business that employs people in our local community, then..... we need to support those local businesses. Main Street Cycles sells and supports great products and they also support local community biking activities and our local events. Pete Newman

The two times I've taken my bikes in for service were very pleasant. Danny listened to what my problem was and tore down the rear hub in front of me and pointed out what the problem was. Ed was also very easy to deal with. Prices for service are very reasonable.
