I would recommend a bike fit with Paul. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge that really helped establish a good base from which to start the fit. Every aspect or my physiology, injuries and sensations on and off the bike were analysed. The adjustments to cleats and bike set up were clearly explained and advice was given on how to further improve position and performance on the bike. Plenty of refreshments during and after the fit and the follow up service is working out well too. Money and time well spent!

2 days before my cycling trip, topped up my tubeless tyres with sealant. Had trouble pumping it up so I decided to bring it to MDV few minutes before closing. Michael kindly accepted the job and sorted it first thing in the morning. Also rented a bike bag but have to change the date and paul dealt with it immediately. And finally Tom kindly and happily showed us how easy to pack the bike in the bag. Excellent customer service by MDV team.

Paul has been great. Really knowledgeable and also takes the time to talk things through and explain things. They’ve really helped me to get my bike fitting properly. And helped build me a new bike which I love. All staff are super friendly - a really good local bike shop.

Thank you very much for your perseverance with the slightly awkward bike fit and being prepared to give me different options.
