Maison du Velo are a very friendly, enthusiastic and customer focused team, always ready to accommodate requests or changes to bikes when requested , no hard sales tactics, you want people to enjoy cycling and being on their bike.
From bespoke builds to bike fitting and servicing the knowledge and expertise you offer in your services are exemplary and second to none.
You have a vast variety of bike brands that you offer ranging from off the peg to the highest quality of bespoke manufacturer, but your level of customer service doesn't change regardless of the level you go for or how much you spend.
Lastly, you've built a community focused shop, over the last few weeks as I've popped in for bike tests, deposit payments etc I've noticed it's not just cyclists that pop in for a coffee and cake, you've built a hub for the wider community.

Michael booked my bike in and serviced it quicker than anticipated. When the bike came back to me, it seemed even better than new, and sparkling clean! A great service from a great team, with the best coffee in Reigate to boot. Not only that, but MDV has fostered a wonderful, welcoming and friendly local cycling community over many years. Great shop, great cafe, great people, great riding... what's not to like

The staff are knowledgeable, well trained and friendly, Michael the Mechanic and Paul the bike fitter are very skilled in their respected crafts providing expert mechanical and bio mechanical knowledge.
To date I have had a custom spec bike built, bike fit and follow up bike servicing carried out by the staff at Maison du Velo and have been very pleased with the professionalism and courteous nature displayed by the staff.
The product choice at Maison du Velo is exceptional from the choice of more higher end bike manufacturers Look, Colnago, Pinarello etc to the stock of more mainstream accessories, it caters to a wide range of cyclist needs.
