Our trainer Ileana at the 9:30 class is one of the most thorough and encouraging trainers ive ever experienced. I've been to SEVERAL gyms my whole life. She is wonderful!
If I could suggest helpful needs they would be a couple of floor box fans when the temps get hot, more weights to meet the needs of the class and the turf desperately needs regular vacuuming. I offered to stay and vacuum it at one point.
I play pickleball and it's a great group. I understand that you have to walk a line between PB and tennis. Appreciate that I can play almost every day on the tennis courts.
Emmet at the Manlius Y. They helped me tremendously with the app that was cumbersome. His calm , caring presence was excellent.
The manlius Y needs a larger Yoga room so folks don't get shut out. Also, it need more evening gentle yoga.
Thank you!
The person working at the Y are always friendly and courteous. You know like the rest of us they have bad days in their personal lives, but they never let it show at work. Also the cleanliness of everything.
I am SO not a gym rat. Tried the overcrowded, judgy, Fayetteville Y last year and stopped going after a dozen trips.
The Manlius Y has proven to be so superior both in terms of amount of folks and comradery (Yeah, I still detest exercise).
I have been working with Elana in a personal training capacity, and she couldn't be more positive and encouraging to this sloth who apparently needs to have constant accountability.
I’ve been attending the strength class with Eliana. It is an excellent class - she is upbeat, encouraging, helpful and friendly.
. Also, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful.
Staff are friendly and the checkin process is easy. I enjoy the yoga classes including the variety and choices for class time. I would suggest a limit to sign ups for yoga class 3 days pre class.
