I wanted to try to sell my house on my own and was overwhelmed by the behavior of folks whom are “looking” / “eager to complain” about you house. Manny was a neighbor of mine and was an easy person to talk with. He put a lot of rest into my mind knowing that he would be take care of all the angles with the precision I hoped for. Manny was transparent with all the steps and very communicative. I was able to move out of my home and focus on moving to a new house while I could fully trust Manny to find a new owner of my house.
