What I like about Maple Grove cycle is not only their sales staff and service people very knowledgeable and skillful have years of experience in the trade and our cyclist themselves which only makes sense. They’re always polite and informative and no pressure.
I brought my 5 year old Trek ebike in for routine service. This bike has been a very reliable ride; and I have traveled over 2000 miles on it.
The bike was returned to me within a week, and it rides and looks like new.
Your technicians are very skilled at maintaining the condition and performance of the moving parts and I am looking forward to another riding season.
Waited 6 weeks for my helmet order to come in. Did not get any calls on status. Went to the store 4 times to check on status. First time was told it would be in the following week, second time was told that they weren’t sure why it was delayed and would check with the buyer and would follow up with me. No follow up provided. Third time walked into the store. The man behind the counter had his back to us talking to another man. I believe it was the owner? He never turned around or acknowledged us. And the individual he was talking to clearly saw us standing there. We went to the bike repair desk and asked him for help and he looked up our order and said he would leave a note for the buyer. Did not get a follow up. Fourth time was told shipment came in, was supposed to be 2 helmets but only shipped one. I explained my frustration and asked if my order could be expedited. Again was told a note would be left with buyer. I said this was their last chance and received a call the next day. Really surprised and disappointed by this experience.
Doug did an amazing job fixing my Land Rover bicycle. I didn't realize how bad it had gotten until I got it back. Even shaved some time off my ride.
Only issue is it took 3 days after quoted delivery time.
