The service was very good, and I know the shop is busy with spring just around the corner. I was waiting for my bike to have the works completed with a brake replacement including the discs front and rear. The receipt I received said 7-10 days for repair. When it hit almost a month, I got nervous that I had missed a call or a text message and called the shop. They immediately apologized for the delay and said that they were still waiting on an adaptor for the rear brake. Completely understandable, but it would have been nice to receive a phone call or text message explaining that so I knew where my bike was in the process and what the delay was for. Otherwise, as usual, I was pleased with the service I received from your shop and employees.
