The bike fitter, Tim, was very generous with his time and answering all of my questions. The guy is an absolute pro. First time I’ve ever gotten a professional fit and the difference is noticeable just two rides in.

The services and the mechanics at Maplewood are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Me and my bike club have been using them for years. Maplewood bike shop is the only place that we bring our bikes for servicing and help.

The bike service people listen and then spend the time to explain what could be wrong with the bike, discuss the possible fixes, and give an estimated time of completion. I’ve never had to bring a bike back to have work redone.

I have been to the bike shop twice for bike fittings and Tim has done a fantastic job getting me set up on the bike. I live two hours away and it is absolutely worth the drive to go to this bike shop because of their experience and professionalism.

Staff was quite pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful in deciding what type of maintenance my bike needed. Did not try to oversell or suggest something I did not need. Service was very good and the bike looked great 9and rode great).
