Very knowledgeable and great customer service. They establish strong relationships with their customers which provides long term benefits.

The service was great. I only had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the safety check on my Marlin 5 bike.

The staff at Maplewood is so responsive and willing do what it takes to make your bike fun to ride.

Erin provided excellent service! She was very helpful and knowledgeable and set me up with my bike purchase ready to hit the road! Thanks for the great experience!

Maplewood is awesome. I would never go to any other bike shop. The people who work there are awesome.

Erin helped me solve a shoe problem! I came to Maplewood because they offer the best solutions - and I'm very happy! I've experienced bunion issues with my old shoes. Erin pointed out several shoes that have a large "toe box" - and the ones I picked have performed beyond my expectations. Thank you Maplewood!

Service is great

Maplewood Bicycle is exceptional. Service exceeds my expectations every time! The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and bike repairs are expeditiously completed.

I appreciate the flexibility on when I could drop off the bike for service. The quick run down and explanation of what to expect was nice as well. During the initial inspection, the bottom bracket bearing had a slight amount of play so it was explained that there may be a small chance a new one may be needed upon further evaluation but that they will give a call if that was to be added to the work scope. Turns out it only needed to be tightened back to spec and everything else went smoothly. I appreciated that because other types of businesses would push new hardware immediately or at least make you feel bad for not going that route. So thank you for being honest and genuinely evaluating all options before going with the replacement route! I’ll be back for other bike needs in the future.
