I was disappointed at the cost of having an inner tube replaced. The price of the tube was okay but the labor cost was higher than I thought it would be. I probably won’t be coming back to your shop.

Dan is welcoming, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer questions, offer honest advice, and help me figure out what made sense for me - never trying to upsell. I even called about a used bike I saw online for private sale that was originally purchased from his shop and he was extremely helpful, never once made me feel bad for considering buying used. This is ultimately why I chose to spend more than I originally planned on a bike just to support Dan and this small local business.

The very pleasant and friendly atmosphere in the shop is a real draw. Knowledge and skill have fixed any problems our bikes have developed over the years. Recently we have replaced both bikes and that process was also easy as it can get. Great business and that is a remark that goes back decades!

Dan offered great service. He took the time to explain all the options available for electric bikes, and had them set up with all the extras we needed, delivering them to our door! His price was competitive and it’s great to have a local bike shop that can give them yearly tune ups and help with any other questions we have.
