A bike is not really an individual item but an ongoing process between you and the shop where it came from. Marblehead cycle is just such a shop, but a working problem solving center. Just great work.

Dan offered great service. He took the time to explain all the options available for electric bikes, and had them set up with all the extras we needed, delivering them to our door! His price was competitive and it’s great to have a local bike shop that can give them yearly tune ups and help with any other questions we have.

The person at the front both when I dropped and picked up my bike was incredibly rude. I have struggled with the quality of service at this shop in the past and the cost. I likely will be taking my business elsewhere for bike maintenance after this last experience.
