Timely, respectful and never tries to upsell. The lack of pretention in a bike shop is what sets the great from everone else. I used to go out of the way to Cycleloft in Burlington because they apply the same service model. Now I don't have to drive to Burlington !

I had two spokes replaced in my rear rim . I checked the rim tape and you didn’t even rewrap the tape just replaced the spokes and that’s it for 70$ two spokes and a rim that leaks …. If it was 25 bucks ok but 70$
