The repair person (says he is new there) claimed the chain was only a little loose and that he tightened it. This morning the chain came off turning me into a mess of grease. It's obvious he didn't do anything to the bike and changed me 31 dollars to boot. I want the chain properly tightened without having to pay a second time for it. Miscommunications about who was going to be there when. I altered plans to be there on a particular day, only to find the person I needed to talk to not there. With each visit my questions were not answered and instead they tried to sell me a new bicycle. One of the times they tried to sell me a $4K bicycle. I went elsewhere.
