Miscommunications about who was going to be there when. I altered plans to be there on a particular day, only to find the person I needed to talk to not there. With each visit my questions were not answered and instead they tried to sell me a new bicycle. One of the times they tried to sell me a $4K bicycle. I went elsewhere.

Excellent work! My rusty Giant Escape started slipping when on an incline and the derelleur was mighty rusty. A new chain and cassette solved the problem. Rides like a brand new bike despite its more than 15,000 miles.
