Great experience as always! Dan (Owner) Dan (Owner), was assisting a young family with questions & getting their youngster on a new bike. Still, I was greeted by Dan and told he'd be with me soon. I just needed a couple of raw shifting cables. No casing, adjusters or kit was needed. I was able to get the cables without buying the extras I didn't need & a new generation gets on a bike that will provide a thousand adventures. That's a win! Within 3 minutes, one of the part-time staff (high school age) approached and displayed more knowledge, communication skills & people skills than the majority of adults I deal with in business on a day to day basis. I was in and out of the shop in less than 10 minutes, left with a smile, and had what I needed.

I was disappointed at the cost of having an inner tube replaced. The price of the tube was okay but the labor cost was higher than I thought it would be. I probably won’t be coming back to your shop.

Dan is welcoming, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer questions, offer honest advice, and help me figure out what made sense for me - never trying to upsell. I even called about a used bike I saw online for private sale that was originally purchased from his shop and he was extremely helpful, never once made me feel bad for considering buying used. This is ultimately why I chose to spend more than I originally planned on a bike just to support Dan and this small local business.

Very easy experience to pick out a new bike and get the right thing for me. Felt no pressure to buy more expensive bike just the right one for me and very fast return after it was ordered.
