Miscommunications about who was going to be there when. I altered plans to be there on a particular day, only to find the person I needed to talk to not there. With each visit my questions were not answered and instead they tried to sell me a new bicycle. One of the times they tried to sell me a $4K bicycle. I went elsewhere.
I particularly appreciate the store's interest in me, along with their quick response. In addition, I like the way they present me with alternatives; that's a huge plus!
