The back wheel on my bike pulled out of the frame (in traffic) while I was riding it just a day after retrieving it from a tune-up. I wasn't injured, but it could have been ugly. It simply wasn't tightened into the frame properly. And I hadn't messed with it or removed it in between the tune up or riding it. For the price, I'd really expect the wheels to be properly seated and fastened.

I brought my wheel in for a flat tire, pull the small pin out of the tire, expecting it to cost a lot less than $42. I’ve had car flats fix for less. Appreciate the timely work, but the cost is excessive. Will do it myself next time.
