I didn't think shipping of a couple of small items of clothing would take a week from Marblehead to Needham. I would've rode up to pick them up, if I'd known that was going to be the case. In fairness I think the website says 5-10 business days for shipping, but I didn't take it seriously. Anyway no need to respond as I'm not complaining, just wanted to provide some honest feedback.

On both of my visits the entire staff was very helpful and friendly going above and beyond to help me find the parts I needed. On my second trip, I believe the man’s name was Frank, even took the time to pull up google maps on his computer and show me some cool trails to check out. Excellent customer service!!

I brought my son's bike in to have tubes put in his tires and I thought to repair the rip in the outer tire as well. I picked it up to find they had added the tubes but only put tape over the rip. On the first ride out the tire is flat again from a larger hole in that same spot.

Owner Dan is very knowledgeable and quite helpful. High level of technical expertise. Nice selection of accessories available. Small shop but good selection of mostly Trek branded bicycles for all ages and abilities. What they don’t have, they can get. Been going there for many years. Recommended.
