Everyone is so friendly and it's a great atmosphere in the shop, which is why I always come here for help. This was especially the case with my last visit so thank you! I came in for a tube replacement for my back tire after it had gone flat and the service was done right then and quickly. When I got home, I noticed that the tire was popped off the rim in one 6" section. It seemed like the tube was over-inflated so I aired down the tire, put the tire back on the rim and pumped back to the PSI range on the tire and it worked great.

Timely, respectful and never tries to upsell. The lack of pretention in a bike shop is what sets the great from everone else. I used to go out of the way to Cycleloft in Burlington because they apply the same service model. Now I don't have to drive to Burlington !
