Maria was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and kind throughout the entire home buying process. She thoroughly answered all of our many, many questions and never made any question seem silly (though some of them likely were!) She provided advice on how to make a deal that made the most sense for us without trying to push us in one direction or another. Maria was wonderful to work with and very, very patient. We started looking at houses in the fall of 2023 and after many visits, around 5 failed attempts to buy, we finally got our house in early August of this year. Again, Maria was very patient and also ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Working on closing with her was a breeze. We worked with some the contractors she recommended too for paint and repairs, they were just wonderful. So we highly recommend Maria is you are ever looking for a real estate agent!

My experience working with Maria was exceptional from start to finish. Maria really cares about what she does, and also cares about the people she serves. From early on (before pre-approval!) Maria and I met for coffee to talk about my goals for finding a home. Once I was ready to start looking, Maria was quick to respond to text messages about scheduling showings and questions about potential homes. As a new Michigan resident, she also helped me learn a lot about the market and some nuances and differences to purchasing a home in this state. She is patience, diligent and thorough, and extremely knowledgable about the current market, trends, and neighborhoods in SE Michigan. It took me roughly 6 months from start to finish to close on my new home, and Maria supported me every step of the way. She is well connected in the business and guided me to make informed choices about my mortgage lender, inspection, and closing company. I cannot recommend her enough - thank you, Maria!
