The buyers were very difficult and Marie went above and beyond the norm to get the deal done. Plus,she was able to sell our unit when there were 10 other similarly priced units for sale in the same complex.Tough job,but she stuck with it and gotit sold. She was also very on top of all paperwork and minutia that goes with the job.

Marie was next level. We met with her well in advance to when we wanted to sell our house. She steered us to wait about 6 months. Then, she came with advice to start with a soft listing. In addition, she offered to have her and her husband Dave walk our house to determine if any improvements will help us get the best price. They developed a list that my wife and I would never have thought. We hired Dave to complete all of them. Priceless: In our large neighborhood we set a new benchmark , (1) our house sold withing 36 hours of being listed, (2) highest price overall, and (3) highest price per sq ft..
