Mariola is very attentive, super nice, will go above and beyond to make sure every property that falls within the criteria is seen and vetted. Was very helpful in negotiating a sale, made sure inspection was done and took back concerns to sellers and got them resolved. Amazing service she has helped me many times close deals as a sellers or buyers agent.

My experience with Mariola was phenomenal. I was sent out of town for work and needed to sell my house while being across the country. She went above and beyond scheduling open houses and was great at communicating the status of the process in the given market. Since I was away, she regularly checked in on the house and ensured there were no surprises while the house was on the market. Given the time of the listing, the market was slow, but she went out of her way to prioritize the sale despite her busy schedule. If I were ever to find myself back in the area I would use Mariola.
