We came to know about Maris Laporter from one of our friends and that was one of the best decisions in our home buying journey to have her as our realtor. It took us a little while to find our dream home, mostly due to the highly competitive market and bidding wars but we finally got there, with her navigating us to the right path. She is straight forward, doesn’t mince her words and knowledgeable, knows what things to look out for when buying your home. Also she took the lead whenever our loan officer would procrastinate she would make sure that the required documents are sent in time. She never hesitated to come to any part of the town, even if she had to drive 45- 50 mins, and never complained about it. During this journey she didn’t remain our realtor but became more of a family friend. We would highly recommend her, whether you are buying or selling, and whether you are first time homebuyers or even if it’s your 3rd/4th home.
