Everything! Mark was very knowledgeable and patient as we figured out our must haves and nice to have but not critical needs as we hunted for the house that worked best for us as we downsized. Mark also gave invaluable feedback on how to best prepare us to sell our original home. He identified ways to showcase our house. Mark’s expertise helped make our move fairly stress free. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor.
