This is the third house that we purchased with Mark Gardner as our realtor. Mark is great with regards to taking the time to understand the requirements of the property we were looking for and then searching the market to identify the perfect fit property. He is patient as we worked to fine tune our requirements throughout the search process. Once we found the right property Mark really shines as he uses his many years of experience to review all details of the purchase process and aggressively investigates any potential areas of concern. He proactively addresses potential concerns quickly; always advocating for us. Mark will be our first call if we decide to purchase a house in the future.
