Pleasant surroundings, great nail technician, and high-quality pedicure. It's easy to take the service and quality for granted, but when I've gone to other nail salons in Albuquerque, I typically get substandard results.
They are very nice, answered all my questions about what i was getting done and what i can do afterwards. Even helped me know of a place to get nails and toes done (didnt know they did them but they were full that day). Very nice people and they dont rush or make you feel like you need to buy yhe products that they used.
I arrived a bit early for my appointment and that allowed me to sit quietly and observe what was happening around me. I observed a true "TEAM" working together to keep the 'wheels moving' I saw no one simply sitting or standing and doing nothing. Anyone with a moment to stand still was looking for a small job that needed doing. Towels were being folded;floors around stations were being swept; customers were being asked about any needs they might have. The flow was smooth and positive. My appointment for a hair cut was with Brittany and she is GRAND! My cut is good and she and I were able to get to know one another a bit as she asked me about my previous hair cuts and my preferred hair styles. Then, when the appointment was over, Brittany escorted me to check out and stayed with me as I worked to schedule my next appointment. The employees at the front desk continued the quality team work. I was just totally impressed. I am grateful that Mark Pardo Salon is close to my new home. I am looking foward to pampering there.
Well, I enjoy the salon alone that they give me hot tea. Every time I go and that licorice and peppermint has always been my favorite. It totally helps me relax while I am waiting for my granddaughter‘s hair to get done. She enjoys doing her hair there it’s one of her favorite places to spend money. I also enjoy their hairspray. It smells so down to earth. There is no scent like Aveda sent for me anyways.
