Brett was awesome to deal with. We are "newbies" when it comes to e-bikes, and Brett took the time to explain all the differences between different types of e-bikes. He also answered any questions or concerns we had. We even tried out a few types around the store to get a feel for the ride and handling. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Even though the store was busy, Brett made us feel very comfortable with the whole experience. If you are in the Southampton area go pay them a visit. You will be greeted with professional assistance and friendly staff.

I bought a used bike at the bike auction and was surprized that there was no Martin's sticker on the Townie. I like to advertise local merchants. However, I always receive the best service at Martin's. I always recommend and remind my Kincardine friends to shop local at Martin's!!! Wish you were open till 4 pm on Saturdays in the summer or even a few hours on Sunday. Just my two cents.

The staff member took the time to go over different bikes with us that we were looking at. Answered all our questions. We were able to take the different bikes for test rides. hey were they to help and no pressure to buy. Was not sure what bike we wanted, so had gone in a few times and each time staff was able to answer my questions. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. My bike was ready to go home the same day.
