You have an extensive variety of products. The customer service was EXCELLENT! VERY very patient with an old lady. I am getting better and more confident in riding my Townie BUT I am surprised with how rough a ride it gives me on a little bump. With big tires thought it would not be so rough?? I did not notice it when I road it at the shop and I am on paved roads. here but do have bumps. ?? [NAME REMOVED]
