The staff member took the time to go over different bikes with us that we were looking at. Answered all our questions. We were able to take the different bikes for test rides. hey were they to help and no pressure to buy. Was not sure what bike we wanted, so had gone in a few times and each time staff was able to answer my questions. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. My bike was ready to go home the same day.

I knew that when I was ready to make my purchase , I would be heading to Martin’s for a couple of reasons. One, is the amazing customer service that I have heard from many and two support small business! Brett took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for.
