Marty was nice to speak with. He was accommodating since I lived in CA and the website is pickup only. He had in stock a Rokform phone case that I couldn't find anywhere else and he offered to ship it to me. Thanks, a great shop to deal with!

First time at Marty's, I was looking to upgrade my old bike to a newer MTB. I read up on the Trek bikes so I knew what I was looking without breaking the bank. Spoke with Marty was great on the phone took the time to answer my questions and make recommendations. In this time and day it is hard to find good customer service that someone will take the time and talk with you on the phone. Went up that day bought two Trek marlin 4. Marty remember that we had spoken gave a great deal on both. Very please with the bikes for ride and affordability. Highly recommend Marty's. All employees take the time with you to make sure you 100% satisfied.

We were very pleased with our visit to Marty's, we initially were just looking to get 2 bikes repaired but with some great talk and it just made more sense to get 2 new bikes the staff Julian was very good and patient with us. He showed us all over and included used and new bikes. We picked new Trek bikes and a new hitch bike carrier. We are very happy with bikes and carrier. Everyone we interacted with at Marty's was very nice and professional. I would recommend anyone to visit Marty's bike shop.
