We were very pleased with our visit to Marty's, we initially were just looking to get 2 bikes repaired but with some great talk and it just made more sense to get 2 new bikes the staff Julian was very good and patient with us. He showed us all over and included used and new bikes. We picked new Trek bikes and a new hitch bike carrier. We are very happy with bikes and carrier. Everyone we interacted with at Marty's was very nice and professional. I would recommend anyone to visit Marty's bike shop.

I had contacted Marty's about a specific size Trek bike. They held the size for me until we had time for me to travel there and pick it up. Very good Customer service I called prior to driving up and the bike was ready and waiting when I arrived.
