Super helpful and informative staff. Happy to answer any of my questions as a new person to mountain biking. I drove 2 hours from PA because they were the only ones that had it, but it was totally worth it. Shipping option would have been amazing, but I understand that's hard to do with a setup bike, and I can't knock them for that one bit. I bought new pedals, some tools, and grips, and they didn't even charge me to throw them on. Would 100% recommend. Feel free to open a location in PA!

Tom is great with quick communications & turnaround. We bought our Trek Verde Electric Bikes in 2019 along with the Thule bike rack & several accessories for the bikes from Marty’s Reliable Cycle in Hackettstown, NJ.
