Given that I am not a hard core cyclist, it can be intimidating to bring your sunny day cruiser in to be serviced and tuned up. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and very knowledgable. The estimate ran true. Staff helped me get the bike into the car on pick up. Highly recommend them!

I am a huge fan of Marty's and see it as a premiere community bike shop. Michael kindly fixed my bike on the spot (derailier (sp) cable and chain) and I was on my way. This does not happen at outdoor shops and factory owned shope.

I brought my bike in for a tune up . The person in the front checked my bike out and told me what my bike needs for repair. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I picked my bike up after the repairs were done and very happy with the service.
