We had terrible customer service at a local bike shop. My sister-in-law told me about your location, which is a 35 minute drive from my house, but we gave it a shot. After two visits, we have had excellent and very kind customer service. Bike repairs are very thorough and discussed upfront. After a very nice conversation with one of the sales representatives, it’s the first time I’ve ever considered purchasing a professional bike. Customer service skills are excellent!
