With Craig’s retirement, the special order process lacks a focal point for information.
While making a mistake on the stem seemed like no big deal to the Marty’s staff, I estimate it will cost ~1.5 hours of my time to make (2) otherwise unnecessary trips to the store. I am very busy both professionally and personally and earn 40-50% of my income based on incentive compensation. Therefore, in addition to the inconvenience, making extra trips can have a direct negative financial impact, representing an extra cost to me.
Associate took the time to help me find what I needed and explained features and possible issues with my specific bike. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Could not resist more
The team at Marty's took care of a repair of an older Schwinn Airdyne exercise bike for me. Their customer service was excellent and the repair cost very reasonable. I will definitely return to Marty's in the future.
The bikes are great and the staff is great. We were easy customers when we recently visited (knew we were going to buy) but Jesse spent all the time we needed and was friendly and knowledgeable.
Jeff was great! He’s very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful in determining the right size bike for my son. He even had recommendations on some accessories that were also purchased. Overall, a great experience from intro to purchase. I’d highly recommend Marty’s if you’re in the market to purchase a bicycle.
