All around pleasant customer experience. I was greeted in a friendly manner and treated as a valued customer. My bike was looked at promptly to assess its condition. The cost and time to perform the service I requested and for a couple additional issues that were identified was transparent and very reasonable. I was very pleased when I received the text message that the job was completed way ahead of schedule. I found Marty's Reliable Cycle in Randolph both forthright and technically highly competent. I definitely would recommend them to others for professional and courteous service.

Your people are very helpful and patient in providing information on products. The recent workshop showed us how to fix flats. I was able to put that to use at the shop under supervision when I purchased different tires and tubes for my Domane. They gave helpful hints to make the process easier.

We loved working with Marty's. There was no high pressure sales, the salesman took his time with us and we were there twice before making a purchase. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions as we are new to the biking world. I would highly recommend if you're looking for someone to take that time with you and no pressure sales this place is for you! Couldn't be happier :)
