I had a front brake hydraulic line replaced with a longer one on my Velotric Breeze 1 e-bike and a taller riser put in. I’m very happy with the quality of the work. I also wanted to thank Mike at Randolph shop for his diligence and all the legwork checking with Velotric rep that such an alteration would not affect bike’s performance and safety.

I took my two thrifted bikes in to see what they needed and the team was amazingly helpful. I haven't been on a bike in 20 years, I had no idea what the thrifted bikes would need and they walked me through basic maintenance and repaired the two bikes for me. They also made realistic recommendations about items needed for the bikes instead of trying to upsell to me. It made me really excited to get into riding again.
