Mary's real estate experience. Her broad knowledge of the business and ability to get through difficult obstacles and challenges and get the job done. Mary's demeanor was appropriate to the situations, but it could change to a 'get 'er done' mode and get it done-if necessary. Mary's tact in dealing with all sorts of situations, and people, made for a much smoother effort than to get the job done. Yes, I'd recommend Mary Hoyt. She's a gem.
