Mary was instrumental to the successful sale of our home. She met with us early on to get a clear understanding of our desired outcome - and then spent time getting to know the house itself. Following her recommendations to get things ready for the listing, we felt confident going into the first weekend of the official listing. As it turns out, that is exactly when we received a great offer from a lovely couple - the new stewards of our home. None of that would have happened without Mary's thoughtful, thorough guidance.
