I trusted you agent to come up with the right loan program for me. I was in contract for a home purchase when the other lender didn't meet the date (or terms). I came to Mason as a last-minute-ditch to save my transaction. He did. He is diligent and knowledgeable. In my frustration, he walked me through a difficult transaction and helped me keep my cool. Mason went above and beyond during the entire process of buying a home for the very first time. He was very thorough with information, answered my questions very promptly, and went out of his way to make us stand out to the seller when we were up against multiple offers. Mason made us feel comfortable staying with him even when we changed the realtor who recommended him. Although I got other rates that were comparable from other lenders, Mason's communication skills far outreached the others. He also had a good connection for home insurance. Mason's communication was so consistent and clear that when we got to the closing table, I had almost no additional questions and no surprises because he prepared us for it all. He even showed up at closing which was just icing on the cake for how amazing he is. I would highly recommend Mason to friends, family, and strangers. He made this normally stressful process feel at ease.
