I always leave Massage Chi feeling refreshed and relaxed. Cameron is very knowledgeable in regards to anatomy and works with you to help come up with ways to alleviate muscle tension and stress.
I have going here for almost 10 yrs. Still making progress after all this time at the age of 61! Massage Chi gym just added four new machines. New workout routines coming down the pike! Come join me and others and hear our stories and how we have achieved real result’s. No gimmick works out!
I haven’t had a message since way before Covid. I have back issues with two deteriorating discs. I have several knots in my back and legs. Samantha was fantastic working on those areas. I made an appointment to go back in two weeks and this time hopefully not as many knots and an enjoyable massage. Thank you Samantha for loosening up those tight muscles.
Walk in, greeted by the sweetest, calm voice (Deanna), she checks you in & offers you to relax "right through those doors". Through the doors a massive fireplace with tranquility music softly heard throughout. A beautiful self serve coffee station, and chilled water set up in the corner of this massive room, always decorated stunningly for the seasons. As you take seat on a number of inviting sofas, you melt into the relaxed atmosphere. Your name is announced at the door, a truly caring, attentive therapist assist you from there. Client for life!

I was lucky enough to get a 2 hr salt stone massage from the newest therapist, Cameron, to join the MCFV family. It was one of the best massages I have had in ages. He worked to get blood flow to my foot that I just had surgery on (two days later the swelling is still down) removing the swelling and working on movement.
I am looking forward to my next appointment next week. There isn’t one therapist who isn’t amazing on the Massage Chi team but Cameron is an amazing new addition.
I starting lifting weights in the group classes a year ago. My bone density has improved and I am much stronger. Everyone in the classes is welcoming and encouraging. Classes are fun and I feel great!
